While finishing his final year of college for Electrical Engineering at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, Robert worked full time for Rich Bosela (his step-dad) learning the language of lighting. Upon graduation, Robert committed to a 2 year contract before exploring other career options in design and electrical engineering. After the two years were up, the opportunity to partner and grow the company presented itself. 

Robert partnered with Rich in 2015, and started to learn how to run a company. Every day presents new challenges, but Robert has become passionate about serving customers. Ask Robert about him and his wife's new entrepreneurial startup in 2021!

A fellow University of Alaska Fairbanks alumni, and life long Alaskan, Joe Hunner brings fresh energy and project experience to Arctic Sales. Joe joined the team in November 2018, after working 5+ years in remote Alaska, performing Field Engineer and Project Management tasks. Being both details-oriented and relationally driven, he loves learning new skills and helping customers solve their lighting challenges.

Joe and his wife Kensey have a beautiful 1-year-old girl, Reagan, and another child due in May 2021!  If not in the office, Joe and family can most likely be found riding snowmachines in Petersville, fly fishing the banks of the Kenai, or hiking up Baldy.  As passionate as he is about his work, Joe is even more passionate about his family!

Erik joins Arctic Sales in 2021 after working 12 years in a sales management role in Alaska. His experience primarily focused on automation and instrumentation for process controls in the Oil & Gas sector. He enjoys working with people to provide the right solution for any application. He looks forward to the growth and new opportunities within Arctic Sales.

As a life long Alaskan Erik enjoys getting out enjoying the beauty this state has to offer year round. When not out and about he enjoys trying his hand at woodworking projects in his garage.

 Welcome our newest team member! Having joined us at the end of 2023, you'll hear from Carson on a daily basis as he is our front line in our customer experience. With four years in general construction, three years in account management, another four years in customer service, he brings a well rounded background for our customers. 

Currently on the path to a Construction Management (BSCM) degree at the University of Alaska Anchorage with a minor in business management, Carson combines hands-on industry experience with a commitment to academic excellence.

 You may run into him on the trails, as he's an avid hiker, fisher, and mountaineer.

In September 2019 Kim joined the Arctic Sales team initially through Belay Solutions. Kim brings over 20 years of business, project and process management experience to our team. She holds an MBA and is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
